1. Cancellation Before Booking Confirmation
- If a client cancels before any advance payment or booking confirmation, there will be no cancellation charges.
- If any service or site visit has already been arranged, a nominal service fee may be applicable.
2. Cancellation After Advance Payment
- If a client cancels after paying an advance but before signing the rental agreement, the advance may be:
- Partially refunded, subject to administrative and service fees.
- Non-refundable, if mentioned in writing during booking.
Note: Booking advances are typically used to hold a property and may not be refunded if the client withdraws.
3. Cancellation After Agreement Signing
- Once the rental agreement is signed, cancellation is governed by the terms of the agreement between the tenant and property owner.
- SHAKTISUT REAL ESTATE is not responsible for refunds of security deposits or penalties beyond what is stated in the agreement.
4. Owner-Initiated Cancellations
- If the property owner cancels after a booking has been confirmed:
- We will refund the full amount paid by the client.
- We will assist in finding a similar alternative property if requested.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Service charges, documentation fees, and brokerage fees are non-refundable once the service is delivered.
- These are considered payment for time, effort, and expertise already provided.
