1. Rental Commitments
Once a rental agreement is signed and the advance or security deposit is paid, the transaction is considered final. We encourage all clients to:
- Thoroughly inspect the property before finalizing any agreement.
- Clarify all terms and conditions of the rental.
- Communicate openly about expectations and requirements.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- Before Agreement Signing: If you choose to cancel before signing the rental agreement, there is no cancellation fee, but any processing fees already incurred may be non-refundable.
- After Agreement Signing: Cancellation after signing the rental agreement is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement, including any forfeiture of advance or penalties.
3. Property Exchange Requests
Property exchanges (switching from one rental property to another) are subject to availability and landlord approval. If approved:
- Any price difference must be settled accordingly.
- Additional paperwork and charges may apply.
4. Cancellation by SHAKTISUT REAL ESTATE
In rare cases where a listed property becomes unavailable or misrepresented, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In such cases:
- A full refund of any advance paid will be issued.
- Assistance will be provided in finding an alternative property.
